Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Maestro, operated by Codexo Sites LLC (“Maestro,” “we,” “us”), handles information. Maestro is local-first: your code, prompts, and files stay on your machine and are not sent to our servers.
1. Your Code Stays on Your Machine
Maestro runs on your own computer and talks to the AI engines you have installed. Your source code, prompts, file contents, and the work you do in Maestro are processed locally and sent only from your machine to the AI providers you choose to use. We do not proxy that traffic, and we do not receive or store your code, prompts, or files.
2. Information We Do Collect
A. Information you provide
- Contact details you submit, such as your email address for the waitlist.
- Account and billing details, handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
- Messages you send us for support or inquiries.
B. Information collected automatically
- Basic website analytics and device/browser information when you visit our marketing site.
- Limited, privacy-preserving diagnostics (such as crash or version data) if you opt in, to keep the app working.
C. Communications and consent information
If you opt in to communications, we keep a record of that consent and your contact preferences, including opt-outs.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the waitlist, provide the service, and manage your account and billing.
- To send account, onboarding, support, and (with consent) product and marketing communications.
- To improve reliability and security.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Communications, Calls, and AI Communications
With your opt-in, we may contact you by email, phone, SMS/MMS, and via automated or AI-assisted messages, as described in our Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or contact us to opt out of other channels. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of communications, email info@codexosites.com. You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP.
10. Children's Privacy
Maestro is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of Maestro after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
